Welcome to a conference where ideas are allowed to breathe – in the midst of fabulous nature reminiscent of John Bauer’s magical world. Together with Bauergården, we create a holistic experience that combines efficient working hours with good food, community and experiences on and by the water.
There’s plenty of room for focus and flow during the day – and just as much room for laughter, conversation and relaxation when the shifts are over.
You choose the level and pace, and we are happy to help tailor the program to your team.
Buergården
Experience the beauty around Gränna
A small beautiful hotel right at the edge of the forest in idyllic Bunn between Gränna and Jönköping. There are conference rooms, parking lot, sauna with jetty and marked trails for hiking and cycling.

Conference day example
A conference day can look like this:
Day 1
- 09.00 Arrival at Bauergården, Fika
- 10.30 Conference / Working hours
- 12.30 Lunch at Buergården
- 13.30 Conference / Working hours
- 16.00 Boat trip with coffee or meat tray
- 17.00 Pentathlon / Crayfish fishing during the month of August.
- 18.30 3-course dinner in the lake house, Trolka boat tours
- Return journey by boat to Buergården (30 min)
- Overnight stay at Buergården.
Day 2
- 8.00 Breakfast, Buergården
- 9.30 Conference / Working hours
- 12.00 Lunch
- 13.00 Closure

No one may consume or be allowed to consume alcohol other than that which has been served in accordance with the permit at a licensed premises, the conference facility and the boat (Chapter 8, Section 24 of the Alcohol Act).
This means that alcohol may not be consumed in an establishment that holds a serving license.
Only the alcohol that the establishment serves in accordance with its license may be consumed.
